Dermal filler at House of Glam HQ in Southsea costs between £130 and £190 for a single area, and £250 to £525 when you are treating two or more areas in one visit and the filler is priced by the millilitre instead. Chin filler is £130 for 0.5ml. Cheek filler is £160. Jawline filler is £160. Every other price is in the two tables below, and none of them is a “from”.
I am Natasha, the sole practitioner here, and I inject every syringe myself. I have written this because “how much do dermal fillers cost” is a question the internet answers with a range wide enough to park a car in, and a range is not a price. So here are my numbers, then an honest account of what moves them, and what filler will not do for you at any price. If the lower third is what bothers you, I have written separately about what jowl filler can and cannot lift.
How much do dermal fillers cost in the UK?
Anywhere from a modest sum for half a millilitre in the chin to four figures for a full face, and the spread is that wide because four different things are being priced at once: how many millilitres, which area, which product, and what is bundled into the appointment. Two clinics can both say “cheek filler” and mean completely different amounts of product.
That is why I price by the area for a single treatment and by the millilitre for anything bigger, and why every figure is on this page and on my dermal fillers page. You do not need to sit through a consultation to find out what you will pay.
Dermal filler prices at House of Glam HQ, by area
One area, one visit, one price. The consultation is £15 on Fresha and it comes off your treatment if you go ahead, or it happens at the start of a treatment you have booked directly with no separate fee.

Treating more than one area: packages priced by the millilitre
Once you are treating two or more areas on the same day, buying the filler by the millilitre works out better than adding single areas together, and it is also how a face gets balanced rather than done one piece at a time.
| Package | What it covers | Price |
|---|---|---|
| The 2ml Filler Refresh | Two areas from lips, chin and cheeks. Nose not included | £250 |
| The 2ml Profile Refresh | Nose filler or a pixie tip lift, plus up to 1ml in one other area | £330 |
| The 3ml Filler Balance | Two or three areas in one visit | £380 |
| The 4ml Filler Sculpt | Three or more areas in one visit | £450 |
| The Full Face Harmonisation, up to 5ml | Lips, chin, jawline, nose, cheeks and nasolabial folds | £525 |
Klarna is available on treatments over three monthly payments, so the 3ml Balance is £126.67 a month and the 2ml Refresh is £83.33.

How much does cheek filler cost?
£160 at my clinic for cheek filler as a single treatment. Filler goes on and just below the cheekbone to put volume back through the mid-face and lift it, which softens the nasolabial folds underneath without treating them directly. Cheeks usually take one to two millilitres a side, so if you want more volume than a single treatment gives, or cheeks alongside another area on the same day, the packages price the filler by the millilitre: 2ml across two areas is £250, 3ml is £380 and 4ml is £450.
Cheeks are also where too much shows first. Overfilled cheeks are what people mean when they say somebody looks done, so I place conservatively and would rather you came back for a little more than left with too much.
Does 0.5ml cheek filler make a difference?
Rarely on its own, and I would rather tell you that here than after you have paid. Half a millilitre is a chin amount or a lip amount. Split across two cheeks it is a quarter of a millilitre each, which is not enough to lift a mid-face that has flattened. The one case where a small amount earns its keep is somebody who wants to see how filler sits before committing to more, and even then I will say at the consultation what it will and will not show, rather than sell you a syringe that cannot do the job you came in for.
Chin filler cost and jawline filler cost
Chin filler is £130 for 0.5ml and £150 for 1ml. It is the smallest change on my menu and often the one that alters a profile most. Filler at the point of the chin adds projection and brings the chin into line with the lips and the nose, and most people notice it in a photograph from the side before they notice it in the mirror. 0.5ml is enough for a lot of chins. A chin that needs more length or width takes 1 to 2ml in total, and if the hollows either side of the chin bother you as well, pre-jowls and chin are treated together for £190. There is more detail in what chin filler costs and how much you actually need.
Jawline filler is £160. It defines the line from the angle of the jaw to the chin and sharpens the lower face. A chin or a jawline takes 1 to 2ml in total, so if you are treating both, the 2ml Refresh at £250 or the 3ml Balance at £380 is usually the better buy than two single areas.
Why the price you are quoted varies so much
Four things move the number.
How many millilitres. The biggest one. A price for “cheek filler” means nothing until you know how much product it includes. Mine are for a single treatment of the area, and the packages say exactly how many millilitres you get.
Which area. Cheeks and jawlines use a firmer filler placed deep on the bone, so they are priced differently from lips. Nose filler is a precision job and has its own price, which I have broken down in my non-surgical nose job cost guide.
Which product. I use CE-marked hyaluronic acid only, Juvederm, Restylane or Belotero, blended with lidocaine so the area numbs as it is treated. That is a product choice I am not willing to trade down on, and it is part of what you are paying for.
What is bundled in. Some prices include the consultation and some add it afterwards. Mine is £15 on Fresha, deducted from your treatment, or no separate fee at all when it happens at the start of a treatment you booked directly. Ask any clinic which it is, because a low headline price with a consultation charged on top is not the low price it looked like.
Are cheek fillers worth it?
If your mid-face has flattened, or your cheeks never carried much volume and your face reads as tired in photographs, yes. It is one of the longer-lasting areas on the menu, typically 12 to 18 months, so the cost per year is lower than lips. The lift also softens nasolabial folds without putting filler into the folds themselves, which is often the better way round.
Where I would not spend your money: if what bothers you is skin quality rather than volume. Dull, crepey or dehydrated skin is a skin booster job, £165 for Seventy Hyal 2000 or £185 for Profhilo, and no amount of cheek filler fixes it. I have written skin boosters versus fillers for exactly that decision. And if you want your lower face slimmer, filler adds volume. It does not take it away.
How painful are cheek fillers?
Less than most people expect. Numbing cream goes on first, and the filler itself is lidocaine-blended so it keeps numbing as I work. Most clients describe pressure or a brief pinch rather than pain. The appointment is about 30 to 60 minutes depending on the areas. Some swelling, redness or a bruise at the injection points is normal and usually settles within 24 to 72 hours, and most people go straight back to their day. Skip heavy exercise, alcohol and heat, including saunas and hot baths, for 24 hours.
How long will cheek fillers last?
Typically 12 to 18 months, depending on the product and on you. Cheek and jawline filler last longest because those areas move least. Lip filler typically lasts 6 to 12 months because the lips never stop moving. Nasolabial and marionette filler sit in between at 9 to 12 months, and a chin runs 9 to 18 months depending on the product. Your metabolism makes a difference too. Filler settles over about two weeks, and that is the result you keep. A top-up is when you want one, not on a schedule.
Priced by the year, then, cheek filler at £160 lasting twelve to eighteen months costs less annually than lip filler at £130 lasting six to twelve. Worth knowing when the lower headline price is for the area that wears off soonest.
What dermal filler will not do
- It will not move bone, change a bite or shorten a chin. Filler adds volume, and that is all it does.
- It will not slim a jaw. A wide jaw from a strong chewing muscle is an anti-wrinkle injection question, not a filler one.
- It will not improve skin quality. Fine lines from thin, dehydrated skin need a skin booster, not volume.
- It is not permanent, and that is deliberate. Everything I use breaks down over time and can be dissolved on purpose.
- It will not look finished on the day. Swelling settles over two weeks, and the shape you see in the chair is not the final one.
What if I do not like it?
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks it down. That is the reason I use hyaluronic acid and nothing else. Dissolving is booked with a £15 patch test and consultation at least a week beforehand, deducted from the treatment: £180 for lips, from £180 for the face (chin, cheeks, jawline or nose, confirmed at the patch test), and £280 to dissolve and refill lips. That includes filler you had done somewhere else.
Who I would say no to
Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. Anyone with an active skin infection in the area, certain autoimmune conditions, or a known allergy to the ingredients. Anyone under 18. And anyone whose real problem is not volume. If I think filler will not do what you want, I will say so at the consultation. If you go ahead with something else instead, the £15 comes off that; if you decide not to, it is what you have paid for a straight answer.
