Terms and conditions

The terms you agree to when you book a course with the House of Glam HQ Training Academy — deposits, paying the balance, rescheduling, and what happens if a course is cancelled.

Course deposits and payment

All deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled course and need to cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to reschedule your course, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for the deposit to be transferred to a new date. Failure to provide at least 14 days’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking. Your place on a course is not secured without a deposit.

The remaining balance for all courses must be paid no later than 48 hours before the scheduled course date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your place on the course. If you decide not to proceed with the course or fail to attend after full payment has been received, no refund will be issued. Please ensure you can commit to the course dates before making any payments.

Finance

If you choose to pay using our finance options, please note the following.

  • Your course place is not secured until your finance application has been approved by our finance provider.
  • Once approved, your finance plan cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • If you wish to cancel your course after finance approval, you are still responsible for full repayments.
  • Failure to attend or provide at least 14 days’ notice to reschedule will result in continued repayment obligations. You will also need to pay again for a new course date unless rescheduled under the original finance plan.

What you confirm when you book

By booking a course with House of Glam HQ, you confirm that:

  • You will provide any required previous qualification certificates when requested.
  • You agree to attend the agreed dates and times of your course.
  • The personal details provided by you are accurate and up to date.
  • You consent to photos and videos being taken during training sessions by House of Glam HQ for promotional purposes on social media.

Cancellations

If House of Glam HQ cancels a course for any reason, alternative dates will be offered. However, no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Ask before you book, not after

If anything here is unclear, or you are not sure a course is the right one for you, message me first. I would rather answer the question than take a booking you regret.
