Course refunds
Where you stand on refunds once you have booked and completed a course with the House of Glam HQ Training Academy, and the additional training available if you need more support afterwards.

Once a course has been completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. If you feel the training was unsatisfactory or you lack confidence in applying the skills learned, we offer additional training but do not provide refunds.
Refresher and additional training
We strive to ensure all students feel confident upon completing their training. If you require additional support, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. Additional training is available free of charge within six months of course completion. After six months, additional training will be subject to a fee.
If something is not sitting right after your course, say so early rather than waiting. That is what the six months is for.
Agreeing to these terms
By making any payments to House of Glam HQ, you agree to all the above terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before committing to any course.
