Polynucleotides are not a dermal filler. They add no volume and they do not reshape anything. They are injected to work on the quality of the skin, which is a different job from filler and often a different answer to the same complaint.
A course is usually three to six sessions, three to four weeks apart. Each session is booked and paid for on its own, so there is no package to commit to up front, and Natasha will tell you at your first appointment how many she thinks you need. Klarna spreads a treatment over three monthly payments.
You do not need a consultation before any of the six. Pick the one you want and book it; the assessment happens at the start of that appointment.
Is this the right treatment
Who polynucleotides suit, and who they do not
Polynucleotides treat the condition of the skin. If what is bothering you is a shape or a loss of structure, this is the wrong treatment and I will say so rather than sell you a course of it. Every treatment here is for adults only.
Dark circles and crepey under-eyes
Three of the six products are made for that area specifically, and the under-eye options start at £135.
Skin that looks tired or thin
Dullness, fine lines and the loss of bounce that shows up in your thirties and forties. This is what the face products are for.
You have had filler already
Filler and polynucleotides do different jobs. Filler restores structure; polynucleotides do nothing to volume and work on the surface quality instead. Plenty of clients have both.
You would rather not have filler at all
Nothing here changes the shape of your face. If that is the part that puts you off injectables, this is the treatment to ask about.
Not while you are pregnant or breastfeeding
Injectable treatments are not offered during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Come back afterwards and I will pick it up with you then.
Tell me first if you have a fish allergy
These products are derived from salmon trout DNA. A fish allergy needs to be discussed before you book, not on the day. So does any active infection or breakout in the area.

What happens
From booking to the end of your course
Book the one you want
No consultation first. Pick the treatment on Fresha and the assessment happens at the start of that appointment, with no separate fee. If you would rather talk first, a standalone consultation is £15 and comes off your treatment.
On the day
40 to 45 minutes. I go through your medical history, clean and map the area, and apply numbing cream, which matters most under the eyes. The injections themselves are a series of small points and take a few minutes.
Straight after
Small raised points where the product went in, usually settling within 24 to 48 hours. Most people go straight back to work. No heavy exercise, saunas or steam for 24 hours, and leave the area alone.
The rest of the course
Three to six sessions, three to four weeks apart. The skin usually keeps changing for a few weeks after each one. Once a course is finished most clients find the result holds for around six to nine months.
