Hyaluronidase dissolves hyaluronic acid lip filler, whoever placed it. A patch test is booked first, at least a week before the dissolve.

Not sure about 0.5ml or 1ml? 0.5ml is the usual starting point for a first time or a subtle change; 1ml gives noticeably more fullness. Natasha will say which suits you before anything is injected.
All filler is CE-marked hyaluronic acid (Juvederm, Restylane or Belotero), lidocaine-blended for comfort and reversible with hyaluronidase, so you are never locked in.

Who lip filler suits, and who should wait
Most people who ask me about lip filler want a change their friends cannot quite put a finger on. This is who gets the most from it, and the one line that rules you out for now.
Your first lip filler
Start with 0.5ml Classic. It is the smallest change on the table, it settles within two weeks, and adding more later is far easier than taking it away.
Thin or uneven lips
Filler can balance a top lip that is much thinner than the bottom, or one side that sits lower than the other. Old filler that has migrated or looks uneven can be dissolved first; it is priced under the table above. I will tell you at the consultation what is realistic for your lips.
A subtle top-up
If your last filler has softened, 0.5ml usually brings the shape back without adding size. It is priced as 0.5ml on the table above.
Russian lips
Lifted and heart-shaped, with more height than projection, and built over more than one session. Read Russian lips vs Classic lips before you decide.
18 or over, and not pregnant or breastfeeding
Lip filler is for adults only, and not during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are unsure whether something in your medical history matters, message me before you book.

What happens
From the consultation to the top-up
Consultation
£15 on Fresha, deducted from your treatment if you go ahead, or at the start of a treatment you book directly, with no separate fee. I look at your lips, ask what you want, and say which technique and how much.
Numbing, then the treatment
About 30 to 45 minutes. Numbing cream first, then the filler, which is lidocaine-blended so it keeps numbing as I work. Most people describe pressure rather than pain.
Straight after
Expect swelling for 24 to 72 hours, sometimes a small bruise. No heat, alcohol or makeup on the lips that day. You go home with written aftercare.
Settling, and top-ups
Your lips settle over two weeks, and that is the shape you keep. Results typically last 6 to 12 months. If you want more volume, a second session adds it; Russian lips in particular are built over more than one visit.

Classic adds volume evenly along the lip body and border. Russian creates height and definition through vertical column injections. Signature is Natasha’s own technique combining both for balanced volume, lift and definition in one treatment.
Will lip fillers look natural?
Natural results depend on practitioner skill and product volume. Natasha never injects more product than your lips need and the Classic technique with 0.5ml is the most popular choice for those wanting subtle, natural enhancement.

How long do lip fillers last?
Lip fillers typically last 6 to 12 months depending on your metabolism, lifestyle and the volume injected. Most clients return after 6 to 9 months for a top-up.

Yes. All filler used at House of Glam HQ is hyaluronic acid based and fully reversible using hyaluronidase. You are never locked in.
What is Russian lip filler and how is it different?
Russian lip filler uses precise vertical column injections to create height and definition rather than projection. It produces a lifted, doll-like appearance with a defined cupid’s bow. It takes longer and costs more than Classic due to the technical skill required.
Do lip fillers hurt?
Topical numbing cream is applied for 15 to 20 minutes before treatment, and the filler itself contains lidocaine for additional comfort. Most clients describe a mild pressure rather than pain.
What is the aftercare for lip fillers?
Avoid strenuous exercise, extreme heat, alcohol and lip products for 24 to 48 hours. Swelling is usually at its worst in the first 24 to 72 hours and the lips settle over about two weeks. Written aftercare comes with every appointment.
