There is no separate gift-card menu to pick from. You choose an amount, and whoever you give it to spends it on whatever they actually want — a facial, a peel, their first lip filler, a course of laser. If what they choose costs more than the card, they pay the difference on the day.
Every appointment is with Natasha, an advanced injector with over seven years’ clinical experience. No rotating practitioners, no chain clinic. Every price is published, so they can see exactly what the card covers before they book.
New clients are assessed before treatment. A standalone consultation is £15 on Fresha and comes off the treatment cost; booked with a treatment, it happens at the start of the appointment at no extra charge. Laser also needs a patch test, done at the same appointment for the same single £15.

Laser hair removal
Permanent hair reduction from £26 for a mini area up to £290 for full body, with 20% off a course of six. Women only. The first appointment covers the £15 consultation and patch test together.

How long is a gift card valid for?
Three months from the date it is bought, which matches how Fresha issues it. If the appointment is not booked and taken in that time the card expires, so it is worth getting a date in the diary early.
Can it be used on any treatment?
Yes — anything on the aesthetics and skin menu. Anti-wrinkle injections, lip filler, dermal filler, skin boosters, microneedling, facials, chemical peels and laser hair removal. It is not tied to one treatment, so they choose when they book.
Is it a physical card?
No. It is an e-gift card, bought and sent by email through Fresha. There is no posted card and no gift box.
What if the amount does not cover the treatment?
They pay the difference at the appointment. A card goes towards anything on the menu, so the amount does not have to match a treatment price exactly. Klarna is also available on treatments, spread over three monthly payments.
What if they are not suitable for the treatment?
The card can go towards something else on the menu instead. If nothing is suitable, I refund the deposit in full within three to five working days.

You buy it on Fresha and it is delivered by email, so it can be sent the same day. Nothing is posted, and there is nothing to collect from the clinic.

At House of Glam HQ, 1A Auckland Road East, Southsea, Portsmouth PO5 2HA, open Tuesday to Saturday. Free street parking nearby. Every treatment is carried out by Natasha personally — there is nobody else at the clinic.
