Please note: All new clients must book a consultation & patch test prior to any treatment.
To determine treatment suitability, you will need to complete a consultation form within 48 hours of booking – some clients may require GP consent before we can proceed with a patch test. The cost of the consultation is £30 which is non-refundable and will come off the cost of your treatment.
The only exception for a refund is if you are not suitable for treatment, we will refund your deposit in full within 3-5 working days. A £30.00 charge or loss of deposit will apply if you give less than 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.
