Once you are comfortable with the upper face, the lower face is where the money and the risk both are. Masseter, bunny lines, the lip flip, and the judgement to know when a client is asking for something toxin will not fix. Half a day, one to one with me, on live models.
What the day covers
Assumes you can already treat the upper face safely.
- 01Advanced anatomy and injection mappingThe lower face in detail, and why the margin for error narrows the further down you go.
- 02MasseterAssessment for clenching and for jaw width, dosing, depth, and setting expectations about how long the change takes to show.
- 03Bunny lines and the lip flipTwo small treatments that go wrong easily. Placement, units, and the ones to refuse.
- 04Combining techniquesTreating the face as a whole rather than area by area, and how anti-wrinkle work sits alongside filler in the same client.
- 05Managing complicationsAsymmetry, spread, an unhappy smile. What is fixable, what has to be waited out, and how you talk to the client while you wait.
- 06Advanced consultation and treatment planningPlanning across appointments, pricing the work properly, and the two-week review that finishes every first treatment.

Questions people ask
Can I take this without foundation training?
No. You need to be able to treat the upper face confidently before the lower face is safe to teach you. If you trained elsewhere that is fine — message me and tell me what you have done.
Do we cover filler as well?
Only in terms of how the two work together in the same face. Filler technique has its own course — Advanced Dermal Filler Training, £999.
Will I train on live models?
Yes, and they are arranged for you. All product and equipment is included.
Do I still need a prescriber?
Yes. These are prescription-only medicines and every client needs assessing and prescribing for before you treat them. That does not change with experience.
Will I be able to get insured for these areas?
The certificate is CPD accredited and is accepted by UK aesthetics insurers. Tell your insurer exactly which areas you have been trained in and they will confirm your cover.
How soon can I train?
It depends on my clinic diary. Message me before you book if you have a date in mind and I will tell you honestly what is free.
Tell me what you already do
Message me with what you have trained in and I will tell you whether this day is the right next one, or whether something else is.
