What they change, and what they leave alone
A skin booster works on the quality of the skin — how hydrated it is, how it reflects light, how it holds together. It does not add shape. That single distinction decides whether this is your treatment or whether something else is.
Dry, dull, tired-looking skin
The reason most clients book. Skin that drinks moisturiser and still looks flat by lunchtime is the clearest case for hyaluronic acid placed under it rather than on it.
Crepey texture and fine lines
Fine lines that come from thin, dehydrated skin usually soften. Deeper folds that come from lost volume will not, and I will say so before you book rather than after.

From booking to the second session
You book the treatment
No consultation first. Pick Seventy Hyal 2000 or Profhilo on Fresha and book it. I go through your skin, your medical history and anything you are taking at the start of that appointment, and there is no separate fee for it.
The appointment
45 minutes. Numbing cream first if you want it, then a series of small injection points. Most people describe it as a sharp scratch that is over quickly. You leave with a few raised bumps where the product sits.
The next two days
The bumps usually settle within 24 to 48 hours. Back to work the same day. Leave heavy make-up, the gym and saunas for the first 24 hours, and try not to rub or massage the area.
The course, and after it
Profhilo is two sessions four weeks apart, then a top-up at around six months. Seventy Hyal 2000 runs as three to six sessions, three to four weeks apart. Most clients see the change at four to eight weeks.
