Not sure which facial? Natasha checks your skin at the start of every appointment and will say which of the seven suits it before anything goes on your face. If a shorter facial will do what you want, she will say so.

Which facial, for which skin
Most people who message me can describe the problem straight away. What they want to know is which facial to book. This is the honest match, and if your skin needs something different on the day, I will say so.
Dull or tired skin that needs a reset
The Ultimate Glow does the most in 45 minutes: deep cleanse, steam, exfoliation, dermaplaning and a mask, £65. If you have less time, Dermaplaning Express is 30 minutes and £45.
Blackheads and breakouts
Steam & Extraction, £50. Warm steam opens the pores and I extract the blackheads and congestion properly, which is kinder to the skin than picking at home. Oily or breakout-prone skin usually does best on a regular booking.
Peach fuzz and rough texture
Dermaplaning. A sterile blade lifts the dead skin and the fine vellus hair from the surface, so skin feels smoother the same day and makeup sits better. Express £45; Deluxe £65 with steam, ice globes and a mask.
Dehydrated skin before an event
The Rejuvenating Facial, £50, puts moisture back in 35 minutes with no downtime, so it can sit close to the date. The Signature Skin Booster Facial, £110, adds skin-booster microneedling for a plumper finish and wants a few days to settle, so book that one a week or so ahead.

Start with a £15 consultation, or book the Rejuvenating Facial at £50: 35 minutes of deep cleanse, tone, facial massage, exfoliation and a mask that lets me see your skin properly. You do not have to choose the right one before you arrive.
Sensitive or reactive skin
Tell me at the start. I adjust the products and the pressure to your skin on the day, and there is a facial here for skin that reacts to most things. If something is not right for you, I will say so rather than go ahead.

From the skin check to your next visit
Skin check
£15 on Fresha, deducted from your treatment if you go ahead, or at the start of a facial you have booked, with no separate fee. I look at your skin, ask what is bothering you and confirm the facial suits it.
The facial
30 to 90 minutes, depending on which you chose. A cleanse first, then the steps for your facial, such as steam, extraction, dermaplaning, ice globes or skin needling, then a mask or serum.
Straight after
Skin may be pink for an hour or two, and it settles on its own. SPF before you leave, and no makeup for the rest of the day if you can manage it. Most people go straight back to their day.
Keeping the result
Most people book every four to six weeks. When you want to work on a specific concern, such as congestion or texture, a course spaced the same way builds on each visit.

Is microneedling painful and what is the downtime?
Microneedling is done with numbing cream, and most people describe it as a mild tingling or scratching rather than pain. Skin is usually pink for 24 to 48 hours. What is The Halo Ritual and what does it include?
The Halo Ritual is the longest facial on the list at 90 minutes. It includes a double cleanse, steam, dermaplaning, skin needling, a short neck and shoulder massage, a cooling mask and a finishing serum. It is £115.

If you are new to facials, the Rejuvenating Facial (£50, 35 minutes) is a gentle start: a deep cleanse, tone, facial massage, exfoliation and a mask, and it lets Natasha see your skin properly. If you want a visible difference from your first session, look at the Ultimate Glow (£65) or Dermaplaning Deluxe (£65). Not sure? What is the best facial for glowing skin in Portsmouth?
