2. 02Waxing techniqueWax choice, temperature, direction, and working close to the eye without lifting skin.
3. 03Tinting and colour matchingChoosing a colour for hair and skin tone, timing it, and keeping the tint off the skin.
4. 04Consultation, patch testing and aftercareWhat to ask, what to record, and what the client must not do afterwards.
5. 05Hygiene and health and safetySet-up, single use, waste, and the standards an insurer expects to see.
